Spookieweb is committed to protecting your privacy. All information that you provide to Spookieweb will not be shared with any third party.

Special Offers and Quotations

Spookieweb does from time to time offer "specials" in various areas of work. Please remember that all special offers are time expired at midnight CAT (GMT - 2:00) on the listed "Expiry Date" and any specials for which the full amount has not yet been received will no longer be valid. Spookieweb does not accept "split payments" in the case of specials. Quotations are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of quotation. Honouring expired quotations will be entirely at the discression of Spookieweb.

Payment Terms

Contracts: 50% of the contract fee is due before development/design will begin. The remaining contract fee is due upon completion of all project specifications. In the case of Website Design, if a site is moved to "live" status (is viewable by the general public) as per the clients request before all project specifications have been completed, Spookieweb will charge a percentage of the remaining fee based on specifications that have been completed. Should development of the website be held up due to information or instruction not being forthcoming from the client, the website will be deemed to be finished 30 days after the commensement of the project and the remaining 50% of the contract fee will become due.

Website updates/misc monthly charges: Spookieweb charges ZAR250.00/hour, with a 1/2 hour (ZAR125.00) minimum for all charges that are not pre-quoted or contracted. Charges thereafter are billed in 30-minute increments (ZAR125.00). Invoices are sent out the first business day of each month and contain all charges from the previous calendar month.

Overdue Payments: Payments are due 15 days after invoice date. Once an invoice is 30 days overdue, a ZAR75 late fee (ZAR40 for invoices under ZAR500) will be added to the invoice total. This late fee will again be assessed for every 30 additional days the invoice is overdue. Late or non-payment of invoices will allow Spookieweb to suspend or remove any related web site content at our discretion.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days of cancellation if no arbitration is required.

Contracts: Spookieweb reserves the right to refuse service and cancel a job if necessary, in which case, the balance of the initial deposit will be returned to client after all applicable fees have been deducted for work completed. Likewise, the client may cancel a job if necessary, in which case, the balance of the initial deposit will be returned to client after all applicable fees have been deducted for work completed. If applicable fees are greater than previously paid deposit, client will be billed for the difference.

Web Hosting: Recurring service may be cancelled at any time. Spookieweb does not refund partial recurring charges. If you decide to cancel, you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.
